Our Story

Born from a Belief in Uganda's Potential

Sandstone Vista Consulting Ltd. was founded in 2014 by a group of senior Ugandan professionals who shared a conviction: that the country's greatest asset is its people — and that with the right coaching and guidance, those people could achieve extraordinary things.

Over more than a decade, we have worked alongside government officials, banking executives, NGO directors, entrepreneurs, and fresh graduates — all united by the desire to grow. Our approach blends global best practices in coaching and organisational development with a deep understanding of the cultural and professional landscape unique to East Africa.

Founder & Executive Director

Former Head of Human Capital at DFCU Group with a PhD in Organisational Psychology from Makerere University. Certified Executive Coach (ICF-PCC).

Samuel Opio-Odhiambo

Head of Leadership Development

20 years leading change management programmes in East Africa. Formerly with Deloitte East Africa. Certified in Hogan Leadership Assessment and Korn Ferry 360.
